Bonnaroo Music Festival is an American Music and Arts Festival held on a 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee. Bonnaroo first started in 2002 and has since gained great recognition.

In fact, it has attracted people from all across the United States.

The main attraction of this festival are the multiple stages featuring live music with a diverse array of musical styles, including indie rock, classic rock, world music, hip hop, jazz, Americana, bluegrass, country music, folk, gospel, reggae, pop, electronic, and other alternative music. Musical performances start each day around noon, and some stages entertain festival goers until sunrise.

 

Bonnaroo is known to have a very active, high-energy and exciting atmosphere. The style of the brochure and passes mimic this same tone. The color palette is bright and lively with warm and cool colors. The large typography is very unique, using curved lines to fill in the letters and numbers. The secondary typeface is a stylized sans serif and then the body copy is also a sans serif. All of these elements together create an overall style that gives the festival a very memorable identity. Overall, it is fun and energetic, while also keeping it modern and fresh. The goal of this project is to get people excited about this year’s Bonnaroo music festival and moreover, buy tickets to the weekend-long event.
